Mr. Seale’s professional path began with a full Air Force ROTC scholarship, leading to his commission as an officer in the United States Air Force. During his service, he earned multiple military decorations, including a Meritorious Service Medal, the Air Force Commendation Medal, two Air Force Achievement Medals, and two Air Force Organizational Excellence Awards. In 2014, Lockheed Martin selected him to relocate to Abu Dhabi, UAE, as its International Business Development Executive and Country Executive for the Middle East, where he also led the company’s energy portfolio in the UAE. Over more than twenty years in the defense sector, he earned multiple leadership and excellence awards, reflecting a reputation for steady judgment and principled decision-making.
Nonprofit Leadership and Civic Engagement
Service beyond professional obligations has been a constant in Mr. Seale’s life. In 2013, he co-founded Patriot Divers, a nonprofit organization that uses scuba diving to assist wounded and disabled veterans with recovery, confidence-building, and community reintegration. He also served as an instructor and board member with Divers 4 Heroes (2010–2013) and on boards spanning nonprofit, industry, and community organizations.
His civic involvement includes participation in the Special Olympics World Games Abu Dhabi 2019, where he competed on a Unified Sports volleyball team and presented medals to athletes—an experience that reflected his long-standing support for inclusion and community engagement.
Scuba Diving and Instruction
A certified scuba diving instructor since 1999, Mr. Seale remains active in training and mentoring divers around the world. He has completed more than 2,500 dives and certified over 300 students. He is certified to teach all recreational courses, the Divemaster course and 38 specialties.
